Received Big into energy labubu super quick! Box was in perfect condition (before my toddler got to it) so have kept it in its sealed package alongside the card which is in perfect condition, as it's a gift for my best friend. Would buy from again
Unfortunately recieved a labubu with a hole on the side with stuffing showing and sent photos to Prior Support. The hole was ignored and I was told loose threads are common on labubus but if I wasn't happy to send it back (at my expense) and they would repair it. For an $85 toy (and alot more I ourchased!) expected much better customer service from this company. Won't be buying from them again as I don't believe they value their customers just your money. My son is disappointed and so am I.
