Once you've registered, here's the selling process:

1. Create a submission on seller access for the shoes you want to sell.
2. Once item(s) received, we process and verify your sneakers' authenticity. We then list them across our network of selling channels.
3. When your shoe sells, you get paid on upcoming Thursday.

Since 2019, our educated team of authenticators follow our in depth multi step verification procedure to ensure you can shop with Prior with complete confidence knowing every purchase is 100% verified authentic.

Prior is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers. Therefore, all purchases from Prior, excluding the brands Prior and Core, are final sales due to the limited nature of our products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy also applies to gift cards.

Returns for Prior and Core Brands

For Prior and Core brand products, contact us within 14 days for online purchases or visit our store within 14 days for in-store purchases. Approved returns receive store credit or exchanges. Items must be unused with original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless it's a product defect or our error. Standard return policy applies to other brands. Cancellation of Order

Cancellation within processing the order will incur a 10% of the total value of the order restocking and administration fee.

Lost/Damaged Claim

Queries for missing/lost items must be completed within 14 days of despatch and queries for damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

We recommend checking your size by looking at the pair you own.

For Nike, if you wear a women's size US7W, you would be a men's size US5.5 and youth size US5.5Y (subtract 1.5).

If you wear a men's size US5.5, you would be a women's size US7W (add 1.5), and youth size 5.5Y.

For Adidas, add +1 size instead of for women's sizing and subtract -1 for men's sizing.
