When I opened my package I was disappointed to find the Labubu outfit missing. I emailed Prior Support and provided the order number with photos. No reply. So I tried calling the number you have provided for NZ customers but it came back with a message saying the number I dialled is not assigned to a phone. I’ve spent the past 4 days and counting, emailing and asking for someone to contact me, I’ve also message your business Instagram but had no reply. I needed the item for this weekend as it was a gift and ordered it with more than enough time to even have the outfit sent out separately but with the lack of response and today being Sunday the gift is ruined. I think it’s a relatively easy mistake to fix and I understand we’re all human so mistakes happen but to just ignore my messages for 4 days when I’ve tried to contact you in multiple ways is in my opinion really poor service. You still have my money and have not sent me the item I paid for.
